REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Ay’s Home & Decor, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handmade or personalised, please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please email us at ayshomedecor@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the packaging if applicable
We will gladly assess the damage and provide a replacement where appropriate.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before placing your order.
Handmade Candles & Homewares
Many of our products are handmade and made to order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Small air bubbles may occur.
• Colours, marble effects and finishes may vary slightly.
• Product colours may appear different due to lighting and screen settings.
These variations are normal and make each piece unique. They are not considered faults and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Custom Cups & Drinkware
Our custom cups are individually made using UV DTF wraps.
Please note:
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• Minor imperfections, tiny bubbles, small marks or slight variations may occasionally occur.
• These minor imperfections do not affect the functionality of the product and are not considered faults.
• Cups are hand wash only.
• Cups are not dishwasher safe.
• Cups are not microwave safe.
• Do not soak cups.
• Avoid extreme heat.
Improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear are not covered under our refund or replacement policy.
Glass Straw Safety
Glass straws should be inspected before each use.
Do not use if cracked, chipped or damaged.
Ay’s Home & Decor is not responsible for damage caused after use, accidental breakage or misuse of glass straws.
Personalised Products
Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Order Cancellations
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order. Orders placed through our website, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok Live cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once payment has been received. As many of our products are handmade, personalised or made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. However, Ay’s Home & Decor reserves the right to offer a refund, replacement or cancellation at our discretion in certain circumstances.
