SHIPPING POLICY
We are a family business based in Sydney, Australia, and we take great care when preparing and packaging every order. Many of our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. All orders are carefully packaged to help protect your items during transit. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Australia Shipping
We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping through Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
• Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is available to New Zealand only on selected products. Additional countries and international shipping options may be added in the future. Please note that not all products are available for international shipping due to size, weight and postal restrictions. International orders are sent using Australia Post Standard International Shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are approximately 6–27 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. Customers will receive tracking information once their parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel appears lost or delayed, we will gladly assist customers in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. Please note that delays caused by Australia Post, customs inspections, weather events, public holidays or other carrier delays are outside of our control. If Australia Post officially confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. International orders may be subject to Australia Post investigations and customs processes before any replacement or refund is considered. 
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Ay’s Home & Decor is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent. 
Additional Shipping Charges
For some international orders, additional shipping charges may apply due to parcel size, weight or multiple parcels. If required, Ay’s Home & Decor will contact the customer before dispatching the order. Customers will have the option to pay the additional shipping cost or receive a full refund.
